Arm-Balance Work-Shop

April 1 2017 – From 1:00 – 3:00PM

This months Arm Balance Focus:

In this two hour workshop we will be focusing on Press-ups, Tuck-ups, Pikes and Handstands; as well as transitions in and out of several arm balances including Bakasana (Crane), Parsva Bakasana (Side Crane), Eka Pada Koundinyasana (Flying Locus), Adho Mukha Vrksasana (Handstand).

Don’t quite have all of your arm-balances down yet? No worries, in this dual taught workshop you will have plenty of hands-on and one-on-one instruction that will help you take your practice to the next level individually.  We will also go over specific, yet simple, exercises that will target your same muscle fibers that are used in these transitions.

You have your arm-balances down solid? Great!!! We will also be learning to float into Astavakrasana (Eight-Angle Pose) from Adho Mukha Svanasana (down-dog), as well as many more fun transitions in and out of Handstands!

Come float on your hands… NAMASTE…
